به عقیده ی من بهترین راه برای فراگیری دفاع فرانسه مطالعه ی بازیهای خبرگان عرصه ی شطرنج در این دفاع است. خبرگانی مانند: نیمزوویچ، باتوینیک، پتروسیان، کورچنوی و اولمان. سپس فقط 1...e6 بازی کنید و ببینید که چه اتفاقی خواهد افتاد! شما نیز شیفته ی این گشایش اعجاب انگیز خواهید شد.
